Antmarin Group of Companies, owned by the Akincioğlu family, was established in the early 1970's in Antalya and has been fully active in the various fields of shipping, tourism, general export and construction.
The main activities of Antmarin can be summarized as; various shipping services, tugboat and chemical tanker builder ownership and management, port operation services, salvage operations, cruise ship ground handling operation, ship chandelling, general food exportation and construction. Boutique hotels and marina construction and operations in Antalya and Marmaris.
The turnover of the Antmarin Group of Companies are in excess of US$ 20 mio. The investments of boutique hotel consisting of 20 villa units and marina with a 150 yacht capacity in Marmaris, tugboat of 2000 HP as well as a workboat with 800 HP constructions are currently underway.
The group through its shipbuilding subsidiary has completed constructions of 3 chemical tankers of 5750 DWT, 3 heavy lift container feeder ships of 4000 DWT, a tugboat of 2000 HP and have delivered them to their new owners. The group is handling the commercial operation of two 5750 DWT capacity IMO 2 type chemical tankers.
Antmarin is experienced in providing a wide range of port services with its own fleet of various sea crafts, equipment and highly qualified personnel at the privatized ports of Marmaris, Antalya and Alanya, as well as at the ports of Gocek, Fethiye and Aksaz. Furthermore, the well established network of offices and qualified staff enables the Group to provide the most competitive and dedicated agency services to all types of vessels at all the Turkish ports (excluding Antalya) around the clock.
Akdeniz Port Administration Inc. that has won the concession tender of the Turkish Government to operate the Port of Antalya for 22 years commencing from 31 October 2006, is a joint venture company of Antmarin which owns 20% of the shares along with Çelebi Holding and Global Investment Holding whom have 40% stake each.
Providing specialized marine services with self-designed and built equipment, such as prevention of sea pollution, building and operation of waste receiving facilities as well as physical floating security barriers are some of the unique capabilities of the group at the southern Turkish coasts.

Antmarin Group of Companies is proudly participating in various social welfare projects in Antalya as well as the President of the Group is the Honorary Consul of Spain in South-Western Turkey since early 1980.

Denizcilik faaliyetlerine 1970'li yıllarda Antalya'da başlamış olan AKINCIOĞLU ailesine ait olan Antmarin Şirketler Gurubu, denizcilik sektöründe geniş spektrumlu hizmetler sunmaktadır.

Faaliyetlerine 1980'de Antalya'da gemi acentesi olarak başlayan Antmarin, daha sonra faaliyetlerine brokerlik ve taşıma taahhütlüğü, denizde kurtarma yardım ve çeşitli denizcilik hizmetlerini de ekledi.

Grup, gelişen iş hacmi ve potansiyeli paralelinde yatırımlara da önem vererek armatörlük, limancılık, yatçılık, bariyer imalat, ihracat ve turizm alanlarında muhtelif yatırımlara da imza attı.

Antmarin, kendi personel ve ofisleriyle 1980 yılından itibaren aktif olarak Antalya, Mersin, İskenderun, Marmaris, Aksaz, Fethiye ve Göcek limanlarında tanker, yük, yolcu ve askeri gemilere acentelik ile muhtelif denizcilik hizmetleri vermektedir.

Uluslararası Kimyasal taşımacılık ve gemi inşaa faaliyetlerinde bulunan Adrasan Denizcilik A.Ş. armatörlük firması da Antmarin'in iştiraklerindendir. Adrasan A.Ş'nin mevcut filosuna ilaveten 6 adet 5750 DWT ve 4000 dwt'luk yeni gemi inşaatı da hâlihazırda sürmektedir.

Antmarin ayrıca 2000 yılında özelleşmiş bulunan Marmaris limanının kurucu ortağı olup işletme organizasyonunu da üstlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan Antmarin 2005 yılında Marmaris limanında gemiler için Atık Kabul Tesisi kurmuş ve işletmesini üstlenmiş bulunmaktadır.

Antmarin deniz araç filosunda 2200 HP ile 375 HP arasında 4 adet römorkörü, muhtelif ebat ve kapasitedeki 8 dubası, 2 adet bunker ve atık gemileri ile geniş kapsamlı bir deniz eçhize parkı bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca Antmarin Patent hakkı sahibi olduğu Yüzer Deniz Güvenlik Bariyerleri ve deniz kirliliğini önleyici bariyer imalatını da yapmakta olup, bu hizmetleri tüm Türkiye limanlarında verebilme imkânına da sahiptir.

Yatırım faaliyetleri devam etmekte olan Antmarin, bu kapsamda hisseleri TMSF tarafından satılmış olan Antalya Liman işletmesini 01 Kasım 2006 tarihinde satın almış olan Akdeniz Liman İşletmeciliği şirketine de %20 nispetinde katılımcı ortak olmuştur. Diğer taraftan Marmaris Adaköy'de bulunan mülkiyeti Antmarin'e ait olan sahil arazisi üzerinde Marina Rezidans tadilat ve 150 yat kapasiteli Butik Marina inşaatlarıda devam etmektedir. Antalya Konyaaltı sahilinde inşaatı tamamlanmış olan 33 lüks Rezidansın 2007 yaz sezonunda hizmete açılmıştır.

Antmarin'in Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Sn. Hasan Y. AKINCIOĞLU olup, kendisi 1985 yılından itibaren Güneybatı Türkiye'de İspanya Fahri Konsolosluğunu üstlenmiş bulunmaktadır.
